Instructions for use:

Before use, shake the bottle thoroughly and then apply the product under the tongue, 3 - 5 sprays. We recommend using the spray ideally every time you feel tired or irritated , even 5 or more times a day, but no longer than 3-4 hours before going to bed. Avoid contact with eyes! Store in a cool, shaded place (room temperature is sufficient), away from sources of heat or fire. Keep out of reach of children!
